Our Tuna is obtained from the small Yellowfin Tuna (Thunnus Albacares) and is carefully processed in Italy: steamed, cut by knife and jarred all by hand with the addition of high quality Olive Oil. Storage instructions Store in a cool dry place, away from heat sources. Once opened, ensure that the product is covered in oil, top up if necessary, and keep refrigerated (+4°C).
